Automotive Spray Painter – Netherlands
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join a professional vehicle body repair workshop in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles to a high professional standard.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and match paint colours according to manufacturer specifications
- Apply paint coatings using spray guns and professional refinishing equipment
- Perform polishing, touch-ups, and finishing work
- Inspect completed paintwork to ensure quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
- Work together with panel beaters and other technicians
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter
- Knowledge of automotive paint systems and refinishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of workshop health and safety procedures
- Trade certifications are beneficial
- Afrikaans language proficiency required
